All orders are packed and dispatched from India, and we ship across the country.


Are your products genuine and exactly as shown?

Yes. All product images, videos, and descriptions are created to represent the actual product as accurately as possible.
Since many of our items are handcrafted or design-focused collectibles, minor variations may occur — this is part of their uniqueness, not a defect.


Orders & Shipping

Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we ship across India using reliable courier partners.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery timelines vary based on location, but most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch.
You’ll receive tracking details once your order is shipped.


How is my order packed?

All products are securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We strongly recommend recording a clear unboxing video when you receive your parcel (this helps in rare cases of transit damage or missing items).


Returns & Refunds

Do you offer returns?

Yes. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.


What are the conditions for return?

To ensure fairness for both customers and us, returns are accepted only if:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video is provided

  • The product is unused and in original condition

  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery

❗ Returns without an unboxing video will not be accepted / are difficult to accept.


Why is an unboxing video mandatory?

The unboxing video helps us:

  • Verify transit damage or manufacturing issues

  • Prevent misuse or false claims

  • Resolve issues quickly and fairly

This policy protects genuine customers and helps us maintain honest pricing.


What items are not eligible for return?

Returns may not be accepted if:

  • The issue is reported after 7 days

  • There is no unboxing video

  • The product shows signs of use, damage, or tampering

  • The concern is purely based on personal preference (liking/disliking the design)


How long does a refund take?

Once your return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

  • Order ID

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Photos of the issue

We will review and resolve the issue at the earliest.
